Damilola Banwo Oyalaja
Damilola Banwo Oyalaja is a multidimensional Leader with 14+ years of experience in the Disability Management Space. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Degree from SRM University, India.
Damilola realized there are a lot of professionals seeking support, and guidance when it comes to maintaining a meaningful and balanced life outside of their 9-5 jobs. Being a wife, mother, entrepreneur and professional, she quickly learned that one could be living but not truly living. She resigned her Senior Management role at a top Disability Management Organization to focus on her desire to truly lead a meaningful life and she is committed to helping others find that balance.
She is the Founder of The Audacity Network Inc. New York, Deejay’s Kitchen New York (a Catering Service provider, focusing on African Cuisine for bulk corporate lunch, dinners and events) and, KTC-KYC Educational Consult and Academy.
Damilola is a Member of Forbes BLK, a community of Black Leaders and Innovators who are positively impacting their communities. She is also a 2-time successful Organizer of the most talked about TED Event on Staten Island, New York- TEDxEImPark. She currently serves as a Member of the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association (NSBA), Washington DC, USA..
